New Passport (Age 16 or older)

You are applying for a NEW U.S. passport because:

-this is your first time applying for a U.S. passport OR

-your expired U.S. passport is not in your possession OR

-your expired U.S. passport was issued more than 15 years ago OR

your expired U.S. passport was issued when you were a minor (under age 16)

 

New Passport (Minors under age 16)

You are applying for a NEW U.S. passport because:

-this is your first time applying for a U.S. passport

-you are a minor under age 16

 

Lost or Stolen Passport

You are applying for a U.S. passport because:

-You have a current passport but it is lost or misplaced OR

-Your valid U.S. passport has been stolen OR

-Your valid U.S. passport is damaged

Passport Renewal

You are applying for U.S. passport renewal because:

-Your current U.S. passport is in your possession

-Your U.S. passport HAS expired or WILL expire in the next 12 months

-Your U.S. passport was issued within the last 15 years

-You were age 16 or older when your U.S. passport was issued

Passport Extra Pages

You are applying for extra pages because:

-you have less than 4 visa pages available in your valid U.S. passport.

-you may add extra pages to your passport up to three times

Second Passport (Duplicate)

You are applying for a second (duplicate) passport because:

-You have a valid U.S. passport

-you have frequent international travels which requires a first U.S. passport to be in an embassy for visa processing while you travel with a second passport OR

-You have a visa in your passport (Israel, Iraq, etc.), which may prevent obtaining a visa for traveling to certain countries

 

Passport Name Change – Less than 1 year

You are applying for a name change for a U.S. Passport because:

-Your current valid U.S. passport was issued LESS than one year ago

-You need to correct a typo to your name or date of birth

-Your name has been changed due to marriage or court order

 

Passport Name Change – More than 1 year

You are applying for a name change for a U.S. Passport because:

-Your current valid U.S. passport was issued MORE than one year ago

-You need to correct a typo to your name or date of birth

-Your name has been changed due to marriage or court order

For passport service you may apply directly through the U.S. Passport Office at www.travel.state.gov For visa service you may apply directly to the embassy for the country you will be visiting. The U.S. Passport Office and embassies charge between $60 and $450 for passports and visas, depending on the type of service you request. Throughout our site, you will find links to the U.S. Passport Office and embassy websites if you wish to apply directly through them.

If for any reason you do not wish to apply directly through the U.S. Passport Office or Embassy, you may use our service to process on your behalf. WE CHARGE A FEE FOR THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE WHICH IS IN ADDITION TO ANY FEES YOU WILL PAY TO THE U.S. PASSPORT OFFICE OR EMBASSY. Our fees range from $70 to $200, depending on the type of service you request.  Our fees cover: pickup of your materials in the D.C. area, review of documents, hand submission and pickup by agent including waiting time and our consultation with passport and visa officers.
