Saudi Arabia Business Visa Requirements
1. Saudi Arabia Visa Application Form
Please complete the Saudi application form. Because there are frequent changes to the application, you should go directly to the Embassy’s website for the most updated version. The can access it at: www.saudiembassy.net You must fill out the form completely, having answers in all fields. Your name must appear on the application exactly as it appears in your passport. Be sure to sign the application!
2. Declaration From
Please fill out and sign the Declaration form, agreeing to abide by all laws and regulations while in Saudi Arabia. The form can also be accessed on the Embassy website: www.saudiembassy.net
3. U.S. Passport
Provide your valid, signed passport. Your passport should be valid for six months beyond your stay and have two adjacent pages available so the Consulate can affix a visa.
4. Photographs
Include two (2) color passport sized (2” x 2”) photos. They must have a white background, be on photo paper and be taken in the last six months.
5. Business Letter of Introduction
Please provide a letter of introduction from your company or organization, on company letterhead. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, state the purpose of travel and give a contact name and contact information at the company you are visiting. The letter should also provide a financial guarantee of all your expenses while in Saudi Arabia.
6. Letter of Invitation
Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please be sure that the approval is faxed/telexed to the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. and not another Consulate in the U.S.! A notification will be sent to the traveler when the approval is received at the Embassy.
